FAQ
Any questions unanswered?Let’s talk.
Why launch twice?
Your first launch gets the product out the door. Your second gets it noticed. Same product, finally shown the way you’d describe it yourself.
What is a second launch?
The next big step in how your business shows up. That could be a new logo, a social media refresh, a new offering or a new website. Launchtwice focuses on the website, because it’s where every one of those sends people.
What happens after I reach out?
A 20-minute call about your business. If it’s a fit, we go through the design together and sign a contract. Then we schedule a launch call and move everything over together.
What’s included?
A full redesign of your site, built to look and work great on phones and computers. I set it up on hosting in your name and move everything over from your old site, including the links people already use to find you.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 14 days to go live. The 30-minute launch call is scheduled around you.
What if I don’t have a site?
You can still contact me, and we can analyze what your business needs. Your project might take a little longer, but that’s alright.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your site and what you need. Send it over, and you’ll get a straight number on the 20-minute call.
Who owns everything?
You do. The site runs in your own Vercel account and every file is yours. If you ever leave, nothing breaks.
What is Vercel?
Vercel is where your site lives online: the service that hosts it and delivers it quickly to visitors wherever they are. It’s set up in your name, so the account is yours.
Why Vercel?
It’s fast and reliable, and you own the account.
Who will I work with?
Carter. Launchtwice is a one-person studio in San Diego, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Why Launchtwice?
Because your customers only get one first look. You get a site designed around them, a design you approve before anything is signed, a launch in 3 to 14 days, and one person with you the whole way. Your second launch is the one people remember.
